刘姥姥的言语交际策略及其伦理内涵

摘　　要：在《红楼梦》中,刘姥姥以积年村妇的视角见证了贾府的兴衰荣辱。她在与贾府各色人等的人际交往中游刃有余,展现了跨越阶层的言语交际智慧。基于角色、时机、场合、心理等言语交际的情景要素,刘姥姥运用了自卑尊人、礼尚往来、知趣凑趣、投其所好等言语交际策略。这些言语交际策略在遵循“礼”的规范下,运用了“忍”的方式,实现了“和”的目的,体现了中国传统伦理文化的多重内涵,对现代女性的人际交往具有一定的借鉴意义。In A Dream of Red Mansions,Granny Liu,from the perspective of an experienced rural woman,witnesses the rise and fall,honor and disgrace of the Jia family.She navigates interpersonal communication seamlessly with various individuals in the Jia house⁃hold,demonstrating wisdom in cross-class verbal interaction.Based on contextual elements of verbal communication such as role,tim⁃ing,occasion,and psychology,Granny Liu employs strategies such as self-abasement and respect for others,reciprocal gifts and courte⁃sies,understanding and joining in with the fun,and catering to others’interests.These verbal communication strategies are implement⁃ed in accordance with the norms of“propriety”,employing the approach of“forbearance”with the aim of achieving“harmony”.They reflect the multifaceted connotations of traditional Chinese ethical culture and offer certain insights for the interpersonal communica⁃tion of modern women.
