公共场域中制约女性发展的五重“封印”及其消解

摘　　要：女性未来的发展趋势决定着其话语权和影响力,将对国家和社会产生重要的影响。然而,在女性发展过程中,“权力尖端缺损”和“职场天花板”效应仍然存在,是什么束缚了公共场域中女性向上的力量?文章构建了影响女性发展的五重“封印”理论框架,全面阐释了生理禀赋、职业效能、社会观念、激励制度和自我限制五个因素如何影响和制约女性发展,并提出相应的纾解路径。最后,文章对女性发展的现实基础和未来展望展开了客观分析。The future development trends of women will determine their discourse power and influence,having a significant impact on the nation and society.However,in the process of women's development,the effects of the“tip of the power missing”and the“glass ceiling”still exist.What constrains the upward power of women in the public domain?This article constructs a theoretical framework of the fivefold“seals”that affect women's development,comprehensively explaining how five factors,namely physiological endowment,professional efficacy,social culture,incentive systems,and self-imposed limitations impact and constrain women's development,and proposes corresponding paths for alleviation.Finally,the article conducts an objective analysis of the realistic basis and future prospects for women's development.
