摘 要:中国共产党为促进社会成员机会平等,制定和实施了一系列政策,这些政策形成一套结构严谨、内部协调的体系,具有政策主体的“一元”主导与“多元”同构、政策工具选择的综合性、政策治理机制的协调性等特点。从整体来看,还存在着政策制定与选择的偏差、政策执行力度与环境差异、政策透明度不够等问题。为更好促进机会平等价值目标的实现,应从制定差异化的政策措施、完善政策执行机制及加强政策公开等方面着力。In order to promote equal opportunities for members of society,the Communist Party of China has formulated and implemented a series of policies,which form a system of rigorously structured and internally coordinated,and showed characteristics of the“monistic”dominance of policy subjects and the isomorphism o“f multiple”policies,the comprehensive choice of policy tools,and the coordination of policy governance mechanisms.On the whole,there are some problems such as deviations in policy formulation and choice,differences in policy implementation intensity and environment,and insufficient policy transparency.In order to better promote the realization of the value goal of equal opportunity,we should take some measures such as to formulate differentiated policies,improve the policy implementation mechanism and strengthen the policy openness.
