空调布置对烟厂卷接包车间温湿度及风环境影响研究

摘  要:为了探究不同空调系统布置方式对烟厂卷接包车间温湿度、风环境以及能耗的影响,建立了基于风-热-湿多物理场耦合的烟厂卷接包车间全尺寸分析模型,据此分析了3种空调系统布置方式(异侧上送上回、单侧上送上回、散流器上送上回)下的车间内温湿度、风环境的发展演变分布规律,同时引入能量利用系数对3种空调系统布置方式下的能量利用情况进行了对比分析。结果表明,异侧上送上回和单侧上送上回的空调系统布置方式下,车间内温湿度达到稳定状态所需时间较长,且存在卷接包机器设备区域内局部温湿度差值较大的现象;散流器上送上回布置方式下,车间内温湿度达到稳定状态所需时间最短,且分布均匀,控制效果更好,同时卷接包机器设备区域内风速最低,人员舒适度较好;3种空调系统布置方式的能量利用系数,其中相同条件下散流器上送上回布置方式的数值最大,最大值为1.34,能量利用率最高。In order to explore the influence of different air conditioning system layouts on the temperature humidity,wind environment and energy consumption of the cigarette factory package workshop,a full-size analysis model of wind-heat-humidity multi physics field coupling in the cigarette factory package workshop was established.Then,the distribution law of temperature,humidity and wind environment in the workshop under three air conditioning system layouts(different side up and back,single side up and back,diffuser up and back)was analyzed.At the same time,the energy utilization coefficient was introduced to compare and analyze the energy utilization.The results show that under the arrangement of air conditioning systems with different side up and back and single side up and back,it takes a longer time for the temperature and humidity in the workshop to reach a stable state,and there is a phenomenon of large local temperature and humidity differences in the area of the winding and packaging machine equipment;Under the arrangement of diffuser up and back,the time required for the temperature and humidity in the workshop to reach a stable state is the shortest,and the distribution is uniform,resulting in better control effect.At the same time,the wind speed in the area of the winding and packaging machine equipment is the lowest,and the personnel comfort is better;Among the energy utilization coefficient of the three air conditioning system layouts,the value of the diffuser up and back arrangement is the highest under the same conditons,with a maximum value of 1.34,indicating the highest energy utilization efficiency.
