摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、双三氟甲烷磺酸亚胺锂为主要原料,通过过硫酸钾(KPS)引发自由基聚合,制备了一系列PVA/(AA-co-AM)/LiTFSI复合离子导电水凝胶,考察了水凝胶的溶胀性、热性能、力学性以及电性能等。结果表明:聚乙烯醇用量对PVA/(AA-co-AM)/LiTFSI复合离子导电水凝胶的热稳定性影响较小,制备的水凝胶热分解温度达到了210℃左右,说明其具有良好的热稳定性,但溶胀性、拉伸性能以及电性能随着聚乙烯醇用量的增加呈现先增强后减弱的趋势。其中,样品P2的综合性能最佳,即溶胀度为94.29 g/g,伸长率达3108%,电阻与电导率分别为7.50Ω、10.6×10^(-3)S/m。In this work,a series of PVA/(AA-co-AM)/LiTFSI composite ion conductive hydrogelsbased on PVA,AA,AM and LiTFSIwere prepared by free radical polymerization,using potassium persulfate(KPS)as the high-efficiency initiator,and theswelling properties,thermal stability,mechanical propertiesand electrical properties of composite conductive hydrogels were studied.The results showed thatthe amount of polyvinyl alcohol had little influence on the thermal stability of thePVA/(AA-co-AM)/LiTFSI composite ionic conductive hydrogel,and the thermal decomposition temperature of the prepared hydrogelreached about 210℃,indicating that it had excellent thermal stability,but the swelling properties,tensile properties and electrical properties increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of PVA.The comprehensive performance of sample P2 was the best,the swelling degree was 94.29g/g,the elongation reached 3108%,the resistance and conductivity were 7.50Ωand 10.6×10^(-3) S/m,respectively.
