摘 要:为了测定某冶炼厂外排废水的化学需氧量,采用重铬酸钾法进行了测定。方法操作简单,测定值与经典的恒电流库仑滴定法的测定值相符;方法的相对标准偏差在0.49%至1.95%之间,加标回收率在98.19%至101.50%之间;方法能较好地应用于冶炼厂水处理车间外排废水中化学需氧量的测定。依据检测结果,可判断出该冶炼厂外排废水没有超过排放限值,符合国家排放标准。To determine the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the wastewater discharged from a certain smelting plant,the potassium dichromate method was adopted for the measurement.The method is simple to operate and the measured values are consistent with those obtained by the classic constant current coulometric titration method.The relative standard deviation of the method ranges from 0.49%to 1.95%,and the recovery rate of the standard addition is between 98.19%and 101.50%.This method can be well applied to the determination of COD in the wastewater discharged from the water treatment workshop of the smelting plant.Based on the test results,it can be concluded that the wastewater discharged from the smelting plant does not exceed the discharge limit and meets the national discharge standards.
