摘  要:现阶段如需测定土壤中阳离子交换量,首先需测定pH,根据pH选择相对应的方法。该文方法不需测pH,可以直接将土壤样经氯化铵溶液加热处理后,再用乙酸铵交换直接测定阳离子交换量。结果显示,该法土壤样品相对偏差(RD%)范围为0.00%~2.00%;标准物质的测定值均在标准值允许误差范围内,相对误差(RE%)在0.50%~6.00%之间,方法准确、可靠,均满足环境土壤样品测试方法的要求。For this stage,if you need to determine the cation exchange amount,the first need to determine the pH,according to the corresponding method to choose the pH value.This method does not need to measure pH,and the soil sample can be directly heated by ammonium chloride solution,and then directly measured by ammonium acetate exchange.With this method,the relative deviation(RD%)of soil samples ranges from 0.00%-2.00%;the measurement value of standard substances is within the allowable error range of the standard value,and the relative error(RE%)is between 0.50%and 6.00%.The method is accurate and reliable,and meets the requirements of the test method of environmental soil samples.
