摘 要:近年,新发现的铜死亡是一种在形态学、生物化学和分子生物学等方面均不同于传统细胞死亡途径的铜离子依赖性细胞死亡通路,与人体多种疾病的病理过程密切相关。近年来,铜死亡相关研究领域正在兴起,研究进展显著,如何有效研究铜死亡的分子机制并将其应用至疾病治疗靶点和药物开发属于当前的热门方向。因此,通过对铜离子的代谢稳态、铜死亡的分子机制、铜失调相关疾病及其治疗药物、铜死亡的评价方法进行综述,以期帮助读者更好地认识和研究铜死亡的调控机制及其在治疗相关疾病中的应用。The newly discovered cuproptosis in 2022 is a copper ion-dependent cell death pathway that differs from traditional cell death pathways in terms of morphology,biochemistry and molecular biology,and is closely associated with the pathological process of many human diseases.In recent years,the study area related to cuproptosis is rising with remarkable research progress.How to effectively explore the molecular mechanism of cuproptosis and apply it to therapeutic targets and drug development is a hot topic at present.Therefore,the metabolic homeostasis of copper ions,the molecular mechanism of cuproptosis,the diseases related to copper disorders and their therapeutic drugs,and the evaluation methods of cuproptosis are reviewed in this paper to help readers better understand and study the regulatory mechanism of cuproptosis and its application in disease treatment.
