摘　　要：“如何始终保持干事创业精神状态”,是中国共产党面临的大党独有难题之一,贯穿历史发展始终,具有独特的生成逻辑。改革开放是世纪之交的新事业,必然要以良好的精神面貌迎接。邓小平对此进行探索,始终保持干事创业精神状态,是激发改革活力、凝聚思想共识、培育优良作风的保障,要求共产党人有闯的精神,坚定理想信念,展现实干风貌。基于此,必须增强党性修养,坚持求实与求新相结合,完善制度保障,提升干部队伍活力。邓小平的探索是对党政治本色的延续,是邓小平理论中党的建设的重要组成部分,是社会主义现代化强国建设的精神动力,不仅能推动全面深化改革,而且对推进党的自我革命,为实现中国式现代化提供思想引领与行动指南。"How to always maintain the spiritual state of working diligently and starting undertakings"is one of the unique difficulties faced by the Communist Party of China as a large Party.It runs through the entire historical development and has a unique generative logic.Reform and opening up was a new cause at the turn of the century,and it was inevitable to greet it with a good mental outlook.Deng Xiaoping explored this issue.Always maintaining the spiritual state of working diligently and starting undertakings is the guarantee for stimulating the vitality of reform,consolidating ideological consensus,and cultivating a fine work style.It requires Communists to have the spirit of forging ahead,firmly adhere to their ideals and beliefs,and demonstrate a down-to-earth work style.Based on this,it is necessary to strengthen Party spirit cultivation,adhere to the combination of seeking truth and seeking innovation,improve institutional guarantees,and enhance the vitality of the cadre team.Deng Xiaoping's exploration is a continuation of the political nature of the Party,an important part of Party building in Deng Xiaoping Theory,and the spiritual driving force for building a modern socialist powerful country.It can not only promote the comprehensive deepening of reform but also contribute to promoting the Party's self-revolution and provide ideological guidance and an action guide for realizing Chinese modernization.
