摘  要:硬质合金刀片加工铝合金工件时,前刀面易发生黏刀现象并形成积屑瘤,进而影响工件表面加工质量和刀具寿命。为改善该问题,采用毛刷抛光工艺对硬质合金刀片表面进行抛光处理来降低刀片表面粗糙度,提高刀片的表面质量。应用正交试验对硬质合金刀片抛光参数进行优化,以轮刷转速、进给量、加工时长为主要参数,将刀片前刀面区域的面粗糙度和线粗糙度作为评价指标,通过极差分析来确定毛刷抛光的优化工艺参数。结果表明:抛光加工参数对面粗糙度和线粗糙度的影响主次顺序均为加工时长>轮刷转速>进给量,工艺参数的优化水平组合是加工时长为20 min、轮刷转速为200 r/min、进给量为2.5 mm。在该抛光参数组合下进行试验,刀片前刀面区域的面粗糙度和线粗糙度分别下降了55.2%和54.5%,刀片表面变得更加光滑平整,表面形貌得到显著改善。进一步建立了抛光参数与面粗糙度和线粗糙度的经验方程,为硬质合金刀片毛刷抛光提供经验判定依据。Cemented carbide insert machining aluminum alloy workpiece,the rake face is susceptible to adhesion of aluminium alloy and formation of built-up edge,which affects the machining quality of the workpiece surface and the life of the tool.To improve the problem,the brush polishing process is used to polish the surface of the carbide insert to reduce the surface roughness and improve the surface quality of the insert.The orthogonal test is applied to study the optimization of the polishing parameters of the carbide inserts,taking the rotational speed of the wheel brush,the infeed and the processing time as the main parameters,and taking the face roughness and line roughness of the rake face area of the inserts as the evaluation indexes.The optimized process parameters of the brush polishing are determined by the range analysis.The results show that the influence of polishing parameters on face roughness and line roughness is in the order of processing time>brush speed>infeed,and the optimum combination of process parameters is processing time of 20 min,brush speed of 200 r/min,and infeed of 2.5 mm.Under the optimized polishing parameter combination,the face roughness and line roughness of the rake face area of the insert decrease by 55.2%and 54.5%respectively,the surface of the insert becomes smoother and flatter,and the surface morphology is significantly improved.Based on the results of the orthogonal test,the empirical equations of polishing parameters and face roughness and line roughness are established,which can provide an empirical decision basis for the brush polishing of cemented carbide inserts.
