摘 要:为研究超声滚压工艺参数对PCrNi_(3)MoV钢表面完整性的影响规律,设计基于静压力、振幅和滚压次数的三因素三水平正交试验,对试样表面的微观形貌、显微硬度和粗糙度进行表征分析。结果表明,表面粗糙度随静压力的增加先减小后增大,随振幅增大和滚压次数的增多而减小;表面硬度随静压力和振幅的增大先增大后基本保持不变,随滚压次数的增多而显著增大。滚压次数对表面粗糙度的影响最大,静压力次之,振幅最小;滚压次数对表面显微硬度的影响最大,振幅次之,静压力最小。超声滚压后PCrNi_(3)MoV钢试样表面划痕缺陷基本被消除,表面光滑平整,表面粗糙度降低91.7%,表面显微硬度提高42.1%,其表面完整性显著提升。To study the influence of processing parameters on surface integrity of PCrNi_(3)MoV high-strength steel by ultrasonic rolling,a 3×3 orthogonal test based on static pressure,amplitude and rolling time is conducted in this study.The surface microstructure,hardness and roughness of samples are observed and analyzed.The results show that the surface roughness decreases first and then increases with the increasing static pressure,and decreases with the increasing amplitude and rolling times.The surface hardness increases at first with the increasing static pressure and amplitude and then fluctuates in narrow range,and increases significantly with the increasing rolling times.In terms of the influence degree,the rolling times have the greatest influence on the surface roughness,followed by the static pressure and the amplitude.The effect of rolling times on surface microhardness is the most significant factor,followed by amplitude and static pressure.The scratch on the surface after ultrasonic rolling is basically eliminated,and the surface is smooth and flat.The surface microhardness is increased by 42.1%and the surface roughness is reduced by 91.7%,which significantly improves and the surface integrity.
