摘  要:316不锈钢铣削过程中,存在发热严重、易粘刀、零件表面质量差等问题,使其在高精密场合的应用受到限制。利用冰固持装夹系统实现工件的温度控制,减小已加工区域和未加工区域的温度差影响,并采用正交试验法进行低温铣削试验研究。通过极差分析和方差分析法对试验数据进行分析,结果表明:切削参数对切削力的影响程度由大到小依次为:主轴转速n、切削深度a_(p)、进给速度v_(f);对平面度的影响程度由大到小依次为:切削深度a_(p)、主轴转速n、进给速度v_(f),并得到试验参数范围内的切削力和平面度的最佳参数组合。During the milling of 316 stainless steel,there are many problems such as severe heating,easy sticking to the cutter,and poor parts surface quality,which limit its application in high precision fields.This paper utilizes temperature control of the workpiece based on ice-fixation system to avoid the temperature difference between the processing area and the area to be processed,and realizes low-temperature milling experiments by means of orthogonal experimental methods.According to range analysis and ANOVA analysis of experimental data,the results show as follows:The influence degree of milling parameters on cutting force from large to small in turn is spindle speed,cutting depth and feed speed;The influence degree of milling parameters on flatness from large to small in turn is cutting depth,feed speed and spindle speed;In addition,the optimal milling parameter combination of cutting force and flatness within the experimental parameter range is obtained.
