摘  要:为研究超声椭圆振动切削(UEVC)加工参数对GH4169合金切削力和刀尖温度的变化机制,在GH4169合金加工时,基于有限元方法研究切削速度、切削深度及超声频率对切削力和刀尖温度的影响及影响机制。UEVC结果表明:由于UEVC间歇性加工特性,切削力和刀尖温度曲线呈现周期性变化;随着切削速度增大,刀具切割截面积(CSA)和切削力增大,但刀具对工件的摩擦次数(FC)减少更多,刀尖温度减小;随着切削深度的增大,CSA、摩擦行程、切削力和刀尖温度均增大;随着超声频率的增大,单周期CSA和切削力减小,FC增多,刀尖温度升高。To study the changing mechanism of ultrasonic elliptic vibration cutting(UEVC)machining parameters on cutting force and tool tip temperature of GH4169 alloy,the effects of cutting speed,cutting depth and ultrasonic frequency on cutting force and tool tip temperature of GH4169 alloy are studied based on finite element method.The results of UEVC show that due to the intermittent machining characteristics of UEVC,the curves of cutting force and tool tip temperature change periodically.With the increase of cutting speed,the cutting sectional area(CSA)of the tool increases,the cutting force increases,but the frictional cycle(FC)of the tool on the workpiece decreases more,and the temperature of the tool tip decreases.With the increase of cutting depth,CSA increases,friction stroke increases,cutting force and tool tip temperature increase.With the increase of ultrasonic frequency,the single-cycle CSA decreases,the cutting force decreases,the FC increases,and the tool tip temperature increases.
