摘  要:极小曲面Diamond点阵结构是一种优异的点阵构型,具备较好的比强度、比刚度及吸能特性。对极小曲面点阵结构进行优化设计可以有效提升其力学性能,本文提供一种新的变形方式,引入变形参数对Diamond型极小曲面点阵结构进行优化设计。通过研究三个变形参数对Diamond极小曲面几何结构的影响,发现变形参数c与Diamond结构的孔径顶角α成函数关系。采用激光选区熔融(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)增材制造技术,以316L不锈钢为原材料制备孔隙率为90%的两种变形Diamond结构和常规Diamond结构。利用准静态压缩试验和数值模拟,分析三种不同Diamond结构的力学性能。结果表明,随着变形参数c的增大,极小曲面Diamond点阵结构力学性能先增大后减小;c=0时,极小曲面Diamond点阵结构的弹性模量和屈服强度较常规极小曲面Diamond点阵结构分别提升5.65%和3.75%,为极小曲面点阵结构的优化设计提供新思路。Diamond lattice structure of minimal curved surface is an excellent lattice configuration with good specific strength,specific stiffness and energy absorption characteristics.Optimization of minimal curved lattice structure can effectively improve its mechanical properties.In this paper,a new deformation method is presented,and the deformation parameters are introduced to optimize the Diamond minimal curved lattice structure.The effect of three deformation parameters on the geometry of Diamond minimal surface is studied.It is found that the deformation parameter c is a function of the aperture Angle of Diamond structure.Two deformable Diamond structures and conventional Diamond structures with 90%porosity are prepared with 316L stainless steel by Selective Laser Melting(SLM)additive manufacturing technology.The mechanical properties of three different Diamond structures are analyzed by quasi-static compression test and numerical simulation.The results show that with the increase of deformation parameter c,the mechanical properties of Diamond lattice structure with minimal curved surface first increase and then decrease.When c is 0,the elastic modulus and yield strength of Diamond lattice structure with minimal curved surface increase by 5.65%and 3.75%respectively compared with the conventional Diamond lattice structure with minimal curved surface,which provides a new idea for the optimal design of minimal curved lattice structure.
