摘 要:采用激光增材制造的Inconel 718零件不满足技术要求时,需应用铣削等方法进行加工。本文以切削速度v_(c)、每齿进给量f_(z)和轴向切削深度a_(p)为切削参数优化设计变量,以切削力作为响应性能指标,设计响应曲面法方案,建立了铣削增材制造Inconel 718的响应分析模型,得到优化设计变量的响应函数解析式,研究了各优化设计变量的交互作用对优化目标的影响规律。研究结果表明:通过切削力方差分析,模型R^(2)=0.954,P=0.0007<0.05,验证了预测模型的可靠性;各优化设计变量对切削力的影响大小按照每齿进给量>轴向切削深度>切削速度的顺序排列;以切削力为优化响应性能指标的最优切削参数组合为v_(c)=80 m/min,f_(z)=0.02 mm/z,a_(p)=0.3 mm。When laser additive manufacturing of Inconel 718 parts cannot meet technical requirements,milling and other processing methods need to be applied to meet their usage requirements.This article takes cutting speed v_(c),feed rate per tooth f_(z),and axial cutting depth a_(p) as cutting parameter optimization design variables,and cutting force and surface roughness as response performance indicators.A response surface method scheme is designed,and a response analysis model for milling additive manufacturing Inconel 718 is established.The response function analytical formula of the optimization design variables is obtained,and the influence of the interaction of each optimization design variable on the optimization objectives is studied.The research results indicate that through the variance analysis of cutting force,R^(2)=0.954,P=0.0007<0.05 of the model,the reliability of the prediction model is verified.The influence of each optimization design variable on cutting force is ranked in the order of feed rate per tooth>axial depth of cut>cutting speed.Taking the cutting force as the optimal response performance index,the optimal combination of cutting parameters is v_(c)=80 m/min,f_(z)=0.02 mm/z,and a_(p)=0.3 mm.
