摘  要:针对五轴工具磨床加工复杂曲面存在直线圆弧插补精度不足的问题,采用NURBS曲线插补优化方法,根据NURBS曲线的插补原理,计算磨削加工时砂轮刀尖点与刀轴点的数据及相对关系;通过计算NURBS曲线插补点的曲率,推导出插补误差与进给速度的关系,进而对其产生的误差进行优化;基于Java语言开发出满足MKG6030型五轴工具磨床NURBS插补的专用后置处理器;采用NUMROTO软件对某叶根铣刀试验件进行程序编制及实际加工验证。试验证明,该插补方法可以有效提高刀具前刀面的精度,验证了该方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem of insufficient accuracy of linear arc interpolation in five-axis tool grinding machine with complex surface,a NURBS curve interpolation optimization method is proposed.Through the interpolation principle of NURBS curve,the data and relative relationship between the grinding wheel tip point and the tool axis point during grinding are calculated.By calculating the curvature of NURBS curve interpolation point,the relationship between interpolation error and feed speed is deduced,and then the error is optimized.Based on the Java language,a special post-processor for NURBS interpolation of MKG6030 five-axis tool grinder is developed.A blade root milling cutter test piece is programmed and verified by NUMROTO software.The experimental results show that the interpolation method can effectively improve the accuracy of the tool rake face,and the feasibility of the method is verified.
