摘 要:光栅信号谐波失真问题是制约光栅位移传感器测量精度的重要因素之一,对此本文提出将NLMS滤波应用在光栅信号处理中。阐述NLMS自适应滤波迭代的基本原理,优化设计NLMS滤波器的步长因子,并进行仿真试验。仿真结果表明:两路光栅信号经NLMS滤波后,二次谐波的幅值分别降低约95%和89%,四次谐波的幅值分别降低约85%和82%,六次谐波的幅值分别降低约75%和95%。仿真结果表明,NLMS滤波是一种有效的光栅谐波补偿方法。The problem of harmonic distortion of grating signals has always been one of the important factors restricting the measurement accuracy of grating displacement sensors.To solve this problem,this paper proposes the application of NLMS filtering algorithm in grating signal processing.It explains the basic principle of NLMS adaptive filtering iteration,optimizes the design of the step factor of NLMS filter,and conducts a simulation.The simulation results show that after the two grating signals are filtered by NLMS,the amplitudes of the 2nd harmonic are reduced by about 95%and 89%respectively,the amplitude of the 4th harmonic is reduced by about 85%and 82%respectively,and those of the 6th harmonic reduced by about 75%and 95%.The simulation results also show that NLMS filtering is an effective grating harmonic compensation method.
