摘 要:目的优化现有轮胎DOT雕刻的工艺流程,解决现存轮胎侧壁激光雕刻设备存在控制复杂和成本高的问题,提高轮胎生产效率和控制生产成本的,并满足员工的安全需求。方法采用Kano模型对用户需求进行分析和提取,得出各需求要素的主观权重,结合熵权法将影响用户需求的主观因素下降到最低,并进行需求要素的客观权重排序。结果依据Kano-熵权法的集成模型,剔除用户需求的主观因素,指导产出了轮胎DOT激光雕刻智能设备设计方案,最终方案操作合理,安全可靠,基本满足了用户需求。结论基于Kano模型与熵权法的产品开发流程有效提高了设计过程中用户需求要素提取的准确性,突出了用户需求与产品功能之间的耦合关系,为轮胎雕刻设备领域的设计提供新的参考。The work aims to optimize the current process of DOT laser engraving,address issues such as complex control and high cost of existing tire DOT laser engraving equipment,improve the production efficiency,control the production cost,and enhance user satisfaction in terms of safety.The Kano model was employed to analyze and extract user requirements,to obtain subjective weights for each requirement element.By combining the entropy weight method,subjective factors influencing user requirements were minimized,and objective importance of the requirement elements was determined through prioritization.According to the integrated model of Kano-entropy weight method,the subjective factors of user requirements were eliminated,and a design scheme of tire DOT laser engraving intelligent equipment was produced.The final scheme was reasonable,safe and reliable,and basically met the user requirements.The product development process based on the Kano model and entropy weight method effectively improves the accuracy of extracting user requirement elements in the design process and emphasizes the coupling relationship between user requirements and product functionalities.This provides new insights for the design of tire engraving equipment.
