摘　　要：文章基于对图书馆有声书版权管理相关文献的梳理与个案分析,指出图书馆有声书版权管理面临版权权属不明、版权授权复杂、版权管理缺位等现实困境,提出图书馆有声书版权管理困境的消解策略,即完善图书馆有声书版权管理法律法规,拓宽图书馆有声书版权授权渠道,筑牢图书馆有声书社会保护屏障。The article points out the practical difficulties faced by library audio book copyright management,such as unclear copyright attributes,complex copyright authorization,and lack of copyright management,based on literature review and case analysis of copyright management for audio books in libraries.Strategies for resolving the difficulties in library audio book copyright management are proposed,including improving the laws and regulations on library audio book copyright management,expanding the channels for library audio book copyright authorization,and building strong social protection barrier for library audio books.
