摘　　要：文章在阐释智慧数据与科研数据管理(RDM)服务内涵的基础上提出智慧数据+RDM服务的概念,基于科研数据生命周期,从规划、数据和服务3个层面构建智慧数据+RDM服务体系,结合智慧数据+RDM服务的特点分析该体系的优势,并从计划与培训、产生与收集、组织与分析、存储与归档、发布与推荐、交互与利用6个阶段提出图书馆在体系运行过程中需采取的具体策略。On the basis of explaining the connotation of smart data and research data management(RDM)services,this article proposes the concept of smart data+RDM services,based on the lifecycle of research data,constructs a smart data+RDM service system from three levels:planning,data and services,analyses advantages of the system combining the characteristics of smart data+RDM services,and proposes specific strategies that libraries need to adopt in the system operation process from six stages:plan and train,generation and collection,organization and analysis,storage and archiving,publishing and recommendation,interaction and utilization.
