摘　　要：文章基于行为分阶段转变理论(TTM),以科学数据提供者的共享行为转变为研究视角,以其行为转变过程及过渡措施为框架,构建科学数据共享行为转变KAP分析模型,探讨科学数据提供者科学数据共享行为转变所反映的利益诉求和行为逻辑,从宣传推广、教育培训、政策法规、激励约束机制、安全管理和评价监督反馈6个方面提出科学数据共享优化策略。The article is based on The Transtheoretical Model and Stages of Change(TTM),with the perspective of sharing behavior transformation of scientific data providers,using the process of behavior transformation and transitional measures as framework,constructs a KAP analysis model for the behavior transformation of scientific data sharing,and explores the interest demands and behavioral logic reflected by the transformation of scientific data sharing behavior of scientific data providers,puts forward scientific data sharing optimization strategies from six aspects:publicity and promotion,education and training,policies and regulations,incentive and constraint mechanisms,security management,and evaluation and supervision feedback.
