摘　　要：目的 文章从肝肾之间的关系精血互化、藏泄互用和阴阳互滋互制的角度出发,探讨糖尿病周围神经病变的中医病因病机和治疗方法。方法 以肝肾同源理论为基础,从肝肾亏虚血脉瘀滞、藏泄失司痰瘀互阻、肝郁不畅气滞血瘀、阳虚寒凝经脉痹阻和肝肾阴虚肝风内动等几个方面分析糖尿病周围神经病变与肝肾相关的病因病机。结果 从补益肝肾活血化瘀、祛痰化瘀活血通络、疏肝解郁行气活血、温经散寒养血通脉和滋阴补肾养肝息风等方面浅谈糖尿病周围神经病变的治法方药。结论 糖尿病周围神经病变症状复杂,要重视肝肾在本病中的作用,兼顾他脏,密切观察患者病情变化,寻找有效的治疗方案,减轻患者临床症状,提高其生存质量。Objective To explore the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy in TCM from the perspective of the relationship between liver and kidney,essence and blood,the mutual use of storage and drainage,and the mutual nourishing of yin and yang.Methods Based on the theory of liver and kidney homology,the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes peripheral neuropathy related to liver and kidney were analyzed from several aspects,such as liver and kidney deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,stagnation of liver qi and blood stasis,yang deficiency and cold coagulation,and liver wind internal movement due to liver and kidney yin deficiency.Results The therapeutic prescriptions for diabetes peripheral neuropathy were discussed from the aspects of tonifying liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing phlegm,removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and activating collaterals,soothing liver,resolving stagnation and promoting qi and blood circulation,warming meridians,dispersing cold,nourishing blood and unblocking channels,nourishing yin,tonifying kidney,nourishing liver and eliminating wind.Conclusion The symptoms of diabetes peripheral neuropathy are complex.We should pay attention to the role of liver and kidney in this disease,take other organs into account,closely observe the changes of patients'condition,find effective treatment plans,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
