摘 要:为筛选适宜湖南地区栽培的药食两用百合育种材料,选择龙牙百合和沅陵野百合这2种百合资源进行株高、茎粗、冠幅、叶片数、单果重和花期等性状比较,并对不同花期花粉活力进行评估。结果表明:不同品种(系)的百合资源性状差异显著,野百合的株高、茎粗、叶片数、花朵数、单果重、鳞茎横径、叶片长度和多糖含量均显著高于龙牙百合,龙牙百合的冠幅和可溶性浸出物含量显著高于野百合。龙牙百合花期在5月12日至27日,野百合花期在5月28日至6月12日,2种百合资源花粉活力在盛花期分别达到86.4%和32.81%,野百合花粉活力显著高于龙牙百合。To screen suitable materials for breeding lily with both medicinal and edible values that are suitable to be planted in Hunan,we compared two lily resources,Lilium brownii var.viridulum and Lilium brownii in Yuanling,in terms of plant height,stem diameter,crown width,number of leaves,single fruit weight,and flowering period.Furthermore,we evaluated the pollen vitality at different flowering stages.The results showed significant differences in the agronomic traits between the two lily resources.L.brownii in Yuanling had significantly higher plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves,number of flowers,single fruit weight,bulb diameter,leaf length,and polysaccharide content than L.brownii var.viridulum,while the crown width and soluble extract content showed opposite trends.The flowering period of L.brownii var.viridulum was concentrated in May 12 to 27,and that of L.brownii in Yuanling was from May 28 to June 12.The pollen viability of L.brownii in Yuanling and L.brownii var.viridulum at the peak flowering stage reached 86.4%and 32.81%,respectively,being significantly higher in L.brownii in Yuanling.
