摘 要:以四季小白菜和意大利生菜为试验材料,用氢肥制成氢水溶液与营养液混合水培,以不加氢肥的营养液为对照,测定小白菜与生菜的生长指标、叶绿素含量、光合参数和生物量等相关指标。结果表明:与对照相比,氢肥处理后小白菜叶片数显著增加;小白菜、生菜叶片SPAD值和叶绿素含量显著提高;小白菜株高、冠幅、根长低于对照,生菜冠幅低于对照,株高、根长无显著差异;小白菜地上部鲜质量和干质量均得到显著提高,但生菜生物量差异不显著,表明氢肥对小白菜生长和生物量有明显促进作用;小白菜、生菜叶片净光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度较对照显著提高;生菜蒸腾速率和气孔导度也显著提高;氢肥处理后,小白菜、生菜叶绿素荧光参数均小幅度增加但不显著。综合分析试验结果可知,氢肥处理能增加小白菜叶片数、提高小白菜、生菜的叶绿素含量,促进叶片光合作用,促进小白菜生长发育和提高植株的生物量。Pakchoi and Italian lettuce were cultured under hydroponic conditions in the nutrient solution with or without(control)hydrogen fertilizer.The growth indexes,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,and biomass of pakchoi and lettuce were measured.The results showed that compared with the control,the hydrogen fertilizer treatment had increased leaves of pakchoi and increased SPAD values and chlorophyll content of pakchoi and lettuce leaves.The plant height,crown width,and root length of pakchoi in the hydrogen fertilizer treatment were lower than those in the control,and the crown width of lettuce in the hydrogen fertilizer treatment was lower than that in the control,while there was no significant difference in the plant height and root length of lettuce between the two treatments.The aboveground fresh weight and dry weight of pakchoi in the hydrogen fertilizer treatment were significantly improved,while there was no significant difference in lettuce biomass,indicating that hydrogen fertilizer promoted the growth and improved the biomass of pakchoi.The net photosynthetic rates and intercellular carbon dioxide concentrations of pakchoi and lettuce leaves,as well as the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of lettuce,in the hydrogen fertilizer treatment were significantly higher than those in the control.After hydrogen fertilizer treatment,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of pakchoi and lettuce increased slightly but not significantly.The results of comprehensive analysis showed that hydrogen fertilizer increased the number of pakchoi leaves and the chlorophyll content of pakchoi and lettuce and promoted photosynthesis,thereby improving the growth,development,and biomass of pakchoi.
