摘 要:为确定引起广西生姜镰刀菌枯萎病的病原菌种类,研究采集了广西生姜主产区疑似镰刀菌枯萎病的生姜病株,采用组织分离法分离纯化获得16株病原菌菌株,结合形态学观察和TEF-1α序列分析对其进行鉴定,并接种3株典型菌株的分生孢子悬浮液进行致病性测定。结果表明:16株菌株均与尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)聚为一支,经柯赫氏法则验证,明确了尖孢镰刀菌是引起广西生姜镰刀菌枯萎病的主要病原菌。This study aims to identify the pathogen causing ginger Fusarium wilt in Guangxi.The plant samples with suspected ginger Fusarium wilt were collected from main ginger-producing areas in Guangxi.A total of 16 pathogen strains were isolated by the tissue culture method and identified by morphological observation and TEF-1αsequence analysis.The pathogenicity of three typical strains was determined by inoculating the conidial suspensions.The results showed that all the 16 isolates were clustered with Fusarium oxysporum in the phylogenetic tree and their pathogenicity was confirmed according to Koch's postulates.In conclusion,F.oxysporum was the main pathogen causing ginger Fusarium wilt in Guangxi.
