摘  要:为探究不同瓜类蔬菜秸秆对毛桃幼苗生长的影响,以毛桃幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法测定黄瓜、冬瓜、南瓜、丝瓜和苦瓜5种瓜类秸秆处理下毛桃幼苗生物量、叶片光合色素含量和抗氧化酶活性。结果表明:与对照相比,黄瓜秸秆处理提升了毛桃幼苗茎秆和叶片的生物量,其叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素含量分别提高了9.21%、10.15%、9.45%和9.05%,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性分别提高了17.14%、8.80%、11.58%和8.84%;苦瓜秸秆处理显著降低了毛桃幼苗上述指标。此外,毛桃幼苗的茎杆生物量、叶片生物量、光合色素含量和抗氧化酶活性各指标间均呈正相关。综上,不同瓜类蔬菜秸秆对毛桃幼苗生长存在不同的影响,其中,施用黄瓜秸秆的促进作用显著,施用苦瓜秸秆的抑制作用显著。This study aims to investigate the effects of straw from different cucurbitaceous vegetables on the growth of peach seedlings.A pot experiment was conducted to examine the effects of straw from five cucurbitaceous vegetables—cucumber,wax gourd,pumpkin,luffa,and bitter gourd—on the biomass,photosynthetic pigment content,and antioxidant enzyme activities of peach seedlings.The results indicated that compared with the control group,the cucumber straw treatment increased the leaf and stem biomass of peach seedlings.The cucumber straw treatment increased the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,and total chlorophyll by 9.21%,10.15%,9.05%,and 9.45%,respectively.In addition,it increased the activities of peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,catalase,and ascorbate peroxidase by 17.14%,8.80%,11.58%,and 8.84%,respectively.Conversely,the treatment with bitter gourd straw significantly reduced the above indicators in peach seedlings.Positive correlations existed between the leaf and stem biomass,photosynthetic pigment content,and antioxidant enzyme activities of peach seedlings.In summary,the straw from different cucurbitaceous vegetables exerts different effects on the growth of peach seedlings.The application of cucumber straw promotes the growth of peach seedlings,while that of bitter gourd straw demonstrates an inhibitory effect.
