摘　　要：基于第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查数据,以森林火灾风险评估指标体系为框架,对嘉定区森林火灾危险性、火灾风险、减灾能力和防治区划进行了系统的研究,结果表明:嘉定区森林火灾危险性等级及风险等级均呈现西北低,中部和东南部偏高的趋势;嘉定区各乡镇级单位减灾能力等级,只有中高等级1种。在减灾能力和风险评估区划基础上,通过综合评价,嘉定区乡镇级森林火灾防治区域划分为两个防治区划,研究结果为该区域森林火灾预防提供技术支撑和科学决策依据。Based on the first national survey of comprehensive risk of natural disasters,taking the forest fire risk assessment index system as the framework,in this study,a systematic research on the forest fire hazard,fire risk,disaster reduction capacity,and prevention and control zoning in Jiading District was conducted.The results showed that:both hazard and risk levels of forest fire in Jiading District tended to be low in the northwest and relatively high in the central and southeastern parts;there was only one medium-high level of disaster reduction capacity among all towns in Jiading District.On the basis of disaster reduction capacity and risk assessment zoning,through comprehensive evaluation,the township-level forest fire prevention and control areas in Jiading District were divided into two prevention and control zoning.The research results provided technical support and a scientific basis for decision-making for forest fire prevention in this area.
