安宁市森林-城镇交界域防火现状及对策研究

摘  要:通过分析安宁市森林-城镇交界域面积、森林资源及森林火灾分布情况,总结该区域森林-城镇交界域火灾时空规律。结果表明:安宁市森林-城镇交界域面积为55.733 km^(2),占全市面积的4.27%,主要分布在安宁市的北部和东部,小面积的森林城镇交界域分布在安宁市的西北部和南部。森林火灾火点数目共有195场,其中发生在森林-城镇交界域区域的森林火灾有106场,火场分布整体呈现北多南少的分布态势,且发生在森林-城镇交界域的森林火灾多于安宁市西北部人员密集地区,安宁市森林火灾多与人为活动有密切的联系。因此,可以通过建设火灾监测和预警系统、森林防火设施以及应急救援体系等,针对安宁市森林-城镇交界域火灾进行防控。By analyzing the Wild-urban Interface(WUI)areas combined the forest resource,and the forest fire distribution situation,the temporal and spatial rules of forest-town boundary fire in this region were summarized.The results showed that the area of WUI in Anning City is 55.733 km^(2),accounting for 4.27%of the city's area,mainly distributed in the north and east of Anning City.The small area of WUI is distributed in the northwest and south of Anning City.The total number of forest fires was 195,of which 106 occurred in WUI.The distribution of fires was more in the north than in the south,and there were more forest fires in WUI than in the densely populated area in the northwest of Anning City.This reflects that forest fires occurred were closely related to human activities.Combined with the above rules,the countermeasures for fire prevention and control in the WUI of Anning City were summarized,including the construction of fire monitoring and early warning system,forest fire prevention facilities and emergency rescue system.
