关于提升西北地区森林草原防灭火能力建设的思考

摘　　要：森林草原防灭火工作是事关人民群众生命财产安全和国家生态安全的大事。通过阐述西北地区森林草原防灭火能力建设现状,探讨分析存在不足,从联合各方资源优势、科学规划防火设施、加强地方力量建设、广泛应用营林措施、充分发挥国家队作用五个方面,提出针对性对策建议,为提升该地区森林草原防灭火能力建设提供有益参考。Forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing work is a major event related to people's life and property safety and national ecological security.In this paper,the current situation of forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing capacity building in Northwest China were expounded,and the existing problems were discussed.Suggestions were put forward from five aspects:combining the resource advantages of all parties,scientifically planning fire prevention facilities,strengthening the construction of local forces,widely applying forest management measures,and giving full play to the role of the national team,so as to provide useful reference for improving the construction of forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing capacity in this area.
