森林防灭火视角下低空经济短板分析与应对策略

摘　　要：“低空经济”已提升为国家战略,应用前景广阔。直升机、无人机在森林防灭火领域运用相对成熟。从航空救援在森林防灭火过程中实际运用入手、提出使用中存在问题,并以此为例分析低空经济短板弱项,从政策引导、产业基础研究、应用场景开拓、教育培训等方面提出对策建议,以进一步丰富低空经济发展体系建设,有助于更多场景落地应用。The"low altitude economy"has been elevated to a national strategy with broad application prospects.Helicopters and drones are relatively mature in the field of forest fire prevention and control.This article starts with the practical application of aviation rescue in forest fire prevention and control,points out the problems in use,and uses this as an example to analyze the shortcomings and weaknesses of low altitude economy.Countermeasures and suggestions from policy guidance,industrial basic research,application scenario development,education and training,etc.were proposed,in order to further enrich the construction of low altitude economic development system and help more scenarios to be applied.
