摘　　要：为适应大型森林火场快速、高效救援任务需要,基于安全运行和高效救援的目标,结合典型救援案例中的飞行数据统计,从航空器起飞准备、现场调度与指挥、安全管理等方面入手进行了梳理分析,总结了森林航空消防野外停机坪调度指挥相关技术要点。森林航空消防野外停机坪调度指挥须结合直升机性能参数、参与救援航空器数量,严格做好飞行计划申报、停机坪选择、净空管理、现场指挥、油料保障、地面安保、乘机人员管理等工作,确保森林航空消防作业的安全、高效、有序开展。In order to meet the needs of rapid and efficient rescue tasks in large-scale forest fires,the article is based on the goals of safe operation and efficient rescue,combined with flight data statistics from typical rescue cases.Starting from aircraft takeoff preparation,on-site scheduling and command,safety management and other aspects,in the article,the relevant technical points of forest aviation firefighting field apron scheduling and command were summarized.To ensure the safe,efficient,and orderly conduct of forest aviation firefighting operations,the dispatch and command of forest aviation firefighting outdoor apron must be based on the performance parameters of helicopters and the number of participating rescue helicopter fleets,strictly carry out flight plan declaration,apron selection,clearance management,on-site command,fuel supply,ground security,and passenger management,etc.
