摘　　要：分析了中国-中东欧国家合作投资环境,介绍了森林资源以及林业产业概况,对中东欧国家林业投资重点合作领域进行了探讨,提出了中国企业投资中东欧国家林业重点领域和需要的外部环境支持。In this paper,the investment environments of China-Central and Eastern European countries cooperation were analyzed,the general situation of forest resources and forestry industry was introduced,the key areas of forestry industry investment were discussed and suggestions and the required external environmental supports on the key areas for Chinese enterprises to invest in forestry industry in Central and Eastern European countries were put forward.
