摘　　要：智慧旅游运用现代互联网、物联网技术,通过整合平台,为旅游企业提供智能化管理、营销和服务,为游客提供智能化、虚拟化、便捷化的旅游体验,特别是随着大数据时代到来,智慧旅游发展突飞猛进,一些新技术、新理念在旅游行业得到较好的应用,助推旅游业高质量发展。本文从BIM技术的可视性角度,结合智慧旅游平台,从景区模型构建、行业监测、综合分析、科学指导的全流程管理,优化平台,使其提供更高效、更便捷的服务。选取湖北省唯一省直属国有林场-太子山生态旅游区开展研究,探索如何运用BIM技术优化智慧旅游平台建设,促进湖北太子山生态旅游区智慧旅游的可持续发展。Smart tourism,applying modern internet and IoT technologies,integrates platforms to provide intelligent management,marketing,and services for tourism enterprises,and offers intelligent,virtual,and convenient tourism experiences for tourists.With the advent of the big data era,smart tourism has made rapid progress,and some new technologies and concepts have been successfully applied in the tourism industry,contributing to the high-quality development of tourism.This article focuses on the visibility of BIM technology and combines it with smart tourism platforms to optimize the platform and provide more efficient and convenient services through the whole process management of scenic area model construction,industry monitoring,comprehensive analysis,and scientific guidance.The study is conducted in the Taizishan Mountain Ecotourism Area,the only state-owned forest farm directly under the provincial government in Hubei Province,to explore how to use BIM technology to optimize the construction of a smart tourism platform and promote the sustainable development of smart tourism in the Taizi Moutain Ecotourism Area in Hubei Province.
