摘  要:以南方某地天然气陶瓷炉窑项目为研究对象,在脱硫塔前烟道上增设烟气换热器用以加热循环水,为有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电机组提供热源,ORC发电机组将热能转化为电能,为陶瓷厂区供电。陶瓷炉窑烟气换热器出口烟气温度越低,静态投资回收期越长,但赢利能力更强,在合同能源管理年限内能获得更高收益。Taking a natural gas ceramic furnace project in southern China as the research object,a flue gas heat exchanger is installed on the flue duct in front of the de-sulfurization tower to heat the circulating water,which provides a heat source for the organic Rankine cycle(ORC)generator set,and the ORC generator set con-verts the heat energy into electrical energy to supply power to the ceramic plant area.The lower the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the ceramic furnace flue gas heat exchanger,the greater the net power generation,the higher the net income,the higher the investment,and the longer the investment payback period.But with stronger profitability,higher revenue is obtained within the contract energy management period.
