摘  要:为提高与老年用户的交互效率,实时掌握用户室内温湿度,设计基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)的供热故障一键报修设备。对报修系统流程、报修设备设计要点、应用效果进行探讨。报修设备为老年用户提供一种新型便捷的报修手段,可缩短故障处理时间。采集并定期上传用户室内温湿度,有助于供热公司掌握供热质量。报修设备误报率较低,可缩短故障处理时间,有效提升供热企业服务质量,降低用户投诉率。In order to improve the interaction efficiency with elderly users and grasp the indoor temperature and humidity of users in real time,a heating faults one-click repair equipment based on Narrowband Inter-net of Things(NB-IoT)was designed.The process of re-pair system,key design points of repair equipment and application effects are discussed.The repair equipment provides a new and convenient means for elderly users to report repairs,which can shorten the handling time.Collecting and regularly uploading the user indoor tem-perature and humidity can help heating companies grasp the quality of heating.The false alarm rate of re-pair equipment is low,which can shorten the fault han-dling time,effectively improve the service quality of heating enterprises,and reduce the user complaint rate.
