喷嘴对燃气热水器引射性能影响的仿真分析

摘  要:利用CFD软件对喷嘴、火排的冷态流场进行模拟,分析喷嘴距离、喷嘴直径、喷嘴扩张角度、喷嘴出口形状对火排引射段引射性能的影响。结果表明:喷嘴距离、喷嘴直径、喷嘴扩张角度对引射能力均有影响,其中喷嘴直径对引射能力影响最大。质量引射系数随着喷嘴距离增大先增大后缓慢减小,对引射能力的影响在喷嘴距离较小时更显著,存在一个最佳的喷嘴距离使质量引射系数最大。喷嘴直径越小,质量引射系数越大。当扩张角度增加时,质量引射系数先减小后增大,在0°时最大,15°时最小。不同形状喷嘴引射性能有所差别,圆形、椭圆形、正方形、正三角形喷嘴的质量引射系数变化趋势几乎一致,且最大质量引射系数接近。圆形喷嘴表现最佳,十字形喷嘴性能最差。The cold flow field of nozzle and fire rows is simulated by using CFD software,and the influence of nozzle distance,nozzle diameter,nozzle expansion angle and nozzle outlet shape on the injection perfor⁃mance of fire row injection section is analyzed.The re⁃sults show that nozzle distance,nozzle diameter and nozzle expansion angle all have an impact on the injec⁃tion capability,with nozzle diameter having the great⁃est effect on the injection capability.The mass injec⁃tion coefficient increases first and then slowly de⁃creases with the increase of nozzle distance,and its im⁃pact on injection capability is more significant when the nozzle distance is small.There exists an optimal nozzle distance that maximizes the mass injection coef⁃ficient.The smaller the nozzle diameter,the greater the mass injection coefficient.As the expansion angle in⁃creases,the mass injection coefficient first decreases and then increases,reaching its maximum at 0°and its minimum at 15°.The injection performance of nozzles with different shapes varies,and the variation trend of the mass injection coefficient of circular,elliptical,square and equilateral triangular nozzles is almost the same,with the maximum mass injection coefficient be⁃ing close.Circular nozzles perform the best,while cross shaped nozzles perform the worst.
