管道燃气用户端本质安全设备材料现状分析

摘　　要：分析自闭阀、切断型智能燃气表、燃气泄漏报警控制系统、长寿命金属软管以及燃具等燃气用户端本质安全设备材料的主要功能、设备材料属性、规范要求、应用情况、存在问题等,从本质安全设备材料研发方向、推广模式、权责义务、标准体系、全生命周期管理机制及全过程监管平台等方面提出建议。The main functions,material properties,specification requirements,application status,existing problems of intrinsic safety equipment materials for gas users such as self closing valves,cut⁃off type intelli⁃gent gas meters,gas leak alarm control systems,long⁃life metal hoses and gas appliances are analyzed.Sug⁃gestions are put forward from the aspects of the re⁃search and development direction,promotion mode,rights and obligations,standard system,full lifecycle management mechanism and full process supervision platform of intrinsic safety equipment materials.
