摘  要:针对循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉在运行中面临的负荷大幅变化、燃煤质量重度劣化及风量变化等内部扰动问题,论文以东方锅炉厂生产的某型带外置过热器的660 MW超超临界CFB锅炉为研究对象,基于计算颗粒流体力学(computational particle fluid dynamics,CPFD)方法,在锅炉最大连续蒸发量(boiler maximum continuous rating,BMCR)工况下进行数值模拟,探究外置式换热器循环灰流量和锅炉煤质变化对锅炉床温的影响。研究结果表明,在正常的锥型阀开度范围内,通过调节外置式换热器循环灰流量,锅炉床温的变化可控制在20℃内。锅炉燃用临时过渡性煤种时,由于其发热量低,灰分含量高,导致炉膛温度略低于燃用设计煤种和校核煤种时的温度值,实际运行中,可通过调整锥型阀开度,予以床温保证。研究结果可为CFB锅炉的运行调整提供一定的参考价值。To address the internal disturbance problems of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers during operation,such as significant load changes,severe deterioration of coal quality,and changes in air volume,this study takes a 660 MW ultra supercritical parameter circulating fluidized bed boiler with an external superheater from Dongfang Boiler Plant as an example.With the methos of computational particle fluid dynamics(CPFD)method,we conducted numerical simulations under boiler BMCR conditions to explore the effects of circulating ash flow rate and coal quality changes in the external heat exchanger on boiler bed temperature.The results indicate that within the normal opening range of the conical valve,the change in boiler bed temperature can be controlled within 20℃by adjusting the circulating ash flow rate of the external heat exchanger.When the boiler burns temporary transitional coal,due to its low heat generation and high ash content,the furnace temperature is slightly lower than the temperature value when burning the design coal and check coal.In actual operation,the bed temperature can be guaranteed by adjusting the opening of the cone valve.The study can provide certain reference value for the operation adjustment of CFB boilers.
