摘 要:针对极端灾害事件造成配电网大规模故障后的快速恢复问题,提出了一种面向配电网弹性提升的网络重构与故障抢修协同优化方法。首先,结合系统性能曲线构建了一种基于力学映射的配电网弹性表征模型,推导得出配电网弹性系数表达式,并通过系统有功功率缺额、负荷平均恢复速度及平均恢复时长3个指标对配电网弹性系数进行综合量化;其次,构建了面向弹性提升的网络重构和故障抢修协同优化框架,在此基础上,分别建立以最小失负荷量和抢修完成后最大负荷恢复量为目标函数的网络重构和故障抢修模型,两个模型动态交互协同优化提升弹性系数,使得配电网在恢复过程中的性能损失最小;最后,通过改进的IEEE 33节点配电系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。Aiming at the rapid recovery problem after large-scale power outages caused by extreme disaster events,this paper proposes a collaborative optimization method of network reconfiguration and fault repair for resilience enhancement of distribution networks.First,an resilience characterization model of distribution network based on mechanical mapping is constructed by combining the curves of system performance.The expression of the resilience coefficient of the distribution network is derived.And the resilience coefficient of the distribution network is comprehensively quantified by three indicators:system active power shortage,speed of average load recovery,and load average recovery duration.Then,a cooperative optimization framework for network reconfiguration and fault repair is constructed for resilience enhancement.On this basis,the network reconfiguration and fault repair models are established with the minimum load loss and the maximum load recovery after repair completion as the objective functions,respectively.The two models dynamically interact and synergistically optimize to improve the resilience coefficient,so that the distribution network has the minimum performance loss during the recovery process.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by cases of improved IEEE 33-bus distribution system.
