摘 要:针对目前中压配电网无功补偿设备无法调节有功功率、馈线间需要柔性互联的问题,提出了一种基于链式无功补偿的中压馈线柔性互联开关,可同时实现馈线内无功补偿和馈线间部分有功功率的柔性互济,适用于馈线内有固定无功补偿需求、馈线间有柔性互联需求的场景。首先,介绍了基于链式无功补偿的中压馈线柔性互联开关的拓扑结构和工作原理,将链式静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)与背靠背电压源型变换器结合,使得链式STATCOM具备了柔性互联的功能。其次,结合无功补偿和柔性互联设备的应用需求设计了控制策略,通过链式STATCOM调节馈线内无功功率,背靠背电压源型变换器调节馈线间功率潮流。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提基于链式无功补偿的中压馈线柔性互联开关拓扑结构与控制策略的有效性。To solve the problem that the reactive power compensation devices in medium-voltage distribution networks cannot adjust the active power and the feeders need flexible interconnection,this paper proposes a flexible interconnection switch of medium-voltage feeder based on cascaded reactive power compensation.This flexible interconnection switch can simultaneously achieve reactive power compensation within the feeder and flexible exchange of partial active power between feeders,which is suitable for the scenario where there is a fixed reactive power compensation requirement within the feeder and a flexible interconnection requirement between feeders.Firstly,the topology and the working principle of the flexible interconnection switch of medium-voltage feeders based on cascaded reactive power compensation are described.By combining the cascaded static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)with a back-to-back voltage source converter,the cascaded STATCOM has the function of flexible interconnection.Secondly,a control strategy is designed based on the application requirements of reactive power compensation and flexible interconnection devices.The reactive power within the feeder is adjusted through the cascaded STATCOM,and the power flow between feeders is adjusted through the back-to-back voltage source converter.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed topology and control strategy for the flexible interconnection switch of medium-voltage feeders based on cascaded reactive power compensation is verified through the simulation and experiment.
