摘  要:高比例新能源接入给电力系统的安全稳定运行带来巨大风险,提高风电机组的故障穿越能力能够有效避免大范围风电机组脱网事故的发生,对电网安全稳定运行尤为重要。首先,通过分析脉宽调制电压源型变流器相量控制理论发现,处于超同步、亚同步运行工况的双馈风电机组在电网发生暂态过电压期间均容易存在网侧变流器失控问题,不能有效发挥变流器的直流稳压作用,最终导致母线电压过高而触发保护,严重时可能会造成风电机组脱网。然后,通过网侧和转子侧变流器调节变流器功率因数角,向电网持续注入感性无功电流,利用滤波器阻抗的分压作用,提出基于变流器功率因数角调节的高电压穿越改进控制策略,从而满足变流器电压相量的控制要求,解决了直流侧母线不能稳压的问题。此外,根据不同电压区间制定了更细致的分段控制方案,有利于电网电压快速恢复。最后,结合Simulink仿真实验证明了双馈风电机组在暂态过电压下故障特性分析的准确性及所提改进控制策略的可行性。The high proportion of renewable energy access brings great risks to the safe and stable operation of the power system.Improving the fault ride-through ability of wind turbines can effectively avoid the occurrence of large-scale wind turbine off-grid accidents,which is particularly important for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.First,by analyzing the phasor control theory of pulse-width modulation voltage source converter,it is found that doubly-fed wind turbines in super-synchronous and sub-synchronous operation conditions are prone to the problem of out-of-control of grid-side converters during the transient overvoltage of the power grid,which can not effectively play the role of DC voltage regulation of the converter,and eventually lead to the high bus voltage and trigger protection,which may cause the wind turbine off-grid in serious cases.Then,the power factor angle of the converter is adjusted by the grid-side and the rotor-side converters,and the inductive reactive current is continuously injected into the power grid.The improved control strategy of high voltage ride-through based on the power factor angle adjustment of the converter is proposed by using the voltage division effect of the filter impedance,so as to meet the control requirements of the voltage phasor of the converter and solve the problem that the DC-side bus cannot regulate the voltage.In addition,a more detailed segmented control scheme is developed according to different voltage intervals,which is conducive to the rapid voltage recovery of the power grid.Finally,the accuracy of fault characteristic analysis of doubly-fed wind turbines under transient overvoltage and the feasibility of the proposed improved control strategy are proven by Simulink simulation experiments.
