摘　　要：科技金融是实现我国创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑,科技金融效率也成为评价科技金融效益的指示器。文章通过选取安徽省2018—2022年的科技金融投入指标与产出指标的时间序列数据,分别运用BCC模型、超效率DEA模型和Malmquist指数方法进行实证分析。研究发现:安徽省科技金融发展总体向好,但管理水平不均衡,地区科技投入差距尚存的问题亟待优化。省会合肥依靠充足的资金和人力,科技金融发展效率领跑全省,淮北、阜阳、滁州、六安、池州等市具有科技金融发展效率迅速增长的潜力,马鞍山、宣城存在着投入较多而产出不足的冗余情况。最后,根据超效率DEA结果对各地级市进行排名,综合分析结果提出相应的改善安徽省科技金融发展效率的政策建议。Technology finance is an important support for the realization of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,and the measurement of technology finance efficiency has also become an indicator of evaluating the benefits of technology finance.The paper uses the BCC model,super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index method to conduct empirical analysis by selecting the time series data of the input indicators and output indicators of technology finance in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022.The study finds that the overall development of technology finance in Anhui Province is improving,but the management level is not balanced,and the remaining problems of the gap in regional technology investment need to be optimized.Hefei,the provincial capital,relies on sufficient funds and manpower to lead the province in the development efficiency of technology finance.Huaibei,Fuyang,Chuzhou,Lu’an,Chizhou and other cities have the potential for rapid growth in the efficiency of technology finance development.Ma’anshan and Xuancheng have more investment and insufficient production.Finally,according to the super-efficiency DEA results,the prefecturelevel cities are ranked,and the comprehensive analysis results are considered,putting forward corresponding policy recommendations to improve the efficiency of Anhui Province’s technology finance development.
