摘 要:在新文科建设的背景下,红色文化作为高校育人工作的重要资源,具有深远的实践意义。然而,当前在红色文化教育中仍存在教育方法单一、资源整合不足、育人主体协同不够、文化元素挖掘不深等问题,制约了其育人效能的充分发挥。本文以H高校旅游管理专业为例,探讨了红色文化育人的优化路径。该校通过重塑人才培养理念,将红色文化融入专业教育目标;创新党团活动形式,增强学生的参与感和认同感;开展多样化的宣讲实践活动,提升红色文化的感染力和传播力;深化课程思政与红色文化的融合,构建全方位育人体系。这些举措有效提升了学生的红色文化素养,培养了他们的家国情怀、国际视野和创新能力,为新时代复合型人才的培养提供了有力支撑。这一实践不仅为高校红色文化育人工作提供了可借鉴的经验,也为新文科建设背景下的人才培养模式创新提供了有益探索。Under the context of the new liberal arts construction,red culture,as a significant resource for university education,carries profound practical significance.However,current red culture education still faces challenges such as monotonous teaching methods,insufficient resource integration,lack of collaboration among educational entities,and superficial exploration of cultural elements,which restrict the full realization of its educational potential.This paper takes the tourism management major at H University as an example to explore optimized approaches to red culture education.The university has reshaped its talent cultivation philosophy by integrating red culture into its professional education objectives,innovated the forms of Party and youth league activities to enhance students’sense of participation and identity,conducted diverse promotional and practical activities to strengthen the appeal and dissemination of red culture,and deepened the integration of ideological and political education with red culture to build a comprehensive educational system.These measures have effectively improved students’red culture literacy,nurtured their patriotic sentiments,global perspectives,and innovative capabilities,and provided strong support for cultivating well-rounded talents in the new era.This practice not only offers valuable experience for red culture education in universities but also provides insightful exploration for talent cultivation model innovation under the new liberal arts framework.
