摘 要:石墨烯及其衍生物具有独特的二维层状结构,能促进聚氨酯形成致密的、连续的炭层,可以提高聚氨酯复合材料的阻燃性能。介绍了石墨烯及其衍生物对聚氨酯的阻燃作用,阐述改性石墨烯的阻燃作用和阻燃机理。分析石墨烯协同阻燃聚氨酯的机理,综述了石墨烯与过渡金属硫化合物、植酸、层状双氢氧化物的协同阻燃作用,并提出了石墨烯及其衍生物阻燃聚氨酯的主要挑战和前景展望。Graphene and its derivatives have a unique two-dimensional layered structure,which can promote the forma-tion of dense and continuous carbon layers in polyurethane and improve the flame retardant properties of polyurethane composites.The flame retardant effect of graphene and its derivatives on polyurethane was introduced,and the flame re-tardant effect and mechanism of modified graphene were explained.The mechanism of graphene synergistically flame-re-tarding polyurethane was analyzed,and the synergistic flame retardant effects of graphene with transition metal sulfur compounds,phytic acid,and layered double hydroxides were summarized.The main challenges and prospects of gra-phene and its derivatives flame retardant polyurethane were also proposed.
