摘  要:在PA1012长碳链尼龙粉末涂料中,分别添加模拟污染物聚乙烯蜡、蓖麻油、硅油,研究不同污染物在浸塑涂覆过程中对涂层表面形成鱼眼缺陷的影响。结果表明:添加这3种污染物均会导致涂层表面形成不同程度的鱼眼缺陷,其中添加聚乙烯蜡污染物的涂层鱼眼缺陷最为严重。随着温度的上升及加热时间的延长,鱼眼面积随之增大。基于上述缺陷问题,研究了PAO20油和50#白油在含污染物聚乙烯蜡粉末涂料中的鱼眼改善作用。结果表明:添加高耐热性PAO20油和50#白油,对被污染的粉末涂料涂层鱼眼均有较好的改善效果,其中PAO20油添加方案鱼眼改善效果最佳,基本达到与空白样相当的水平。In PA1012 long carbon chain nylon powder coating,simulated pollutants such as polyethylene wax,castor oil,and silicone oil were added to investigate the effects of different pollutants on the formation of fish-eye defects on the coating surface during the immersion coating process.The results showed that the addition of the three pollutants would cause varying degrees of fish-eye defects on the coating surface,with the coating containing polyethylene wax pollutants having the most severe fish-eye defects.As the temperature rises and the heating time prolongs,the fish-eye area increases accordingly.Based on the above-mentioned defects,the fish-eye improvement effect of PAO20 oil and 50#white oil in contaminated polyethylene wax powder coatings was studied.The results showed that the addition of high heat resistant PAO20 oil and 50#white oil had a good improvement effect on the fish-eye of the contaminated powder coating.Among them,the PAO20 oil addition scheme had the best fish-eye improvement effect,basically reaching the same level as the blank sample.
