摘 要:陶瓷化硅橡胶不仅能在室温环境下具有普通硅橡胶的性能,还可以在高温或火焰环境下迅速发生共晶反应而转变为具有自支撑性能的陶瓷体,成为近年来新型防火材料的研究热点。实验采用107硅橡胶为基胶,正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,二月硅酸二丁基锡为催化剂,以硅灰石、云母为填料变量,制备了陶瓷化室温硫化硅橡胶,探究硅灰石及云母用量对配制的室温硫化硅橡胶力学性能的影响。结果表明:在107硅橡胶中添加40份云母或100份硅灰石后,硅橡胶的综合性能最优,其拉伸强度分别为2.87 MPa和2.05 MPa,经过1000℃烧蚀后表面都能形成陶瓷层。Ceramized silicone rubber not only has the properties of ordinary silicone rubber at room temperature,but also can rapidly undergo eutectic reactions at high temperatures or flame environments to transform into self-supporting ceramic bodies,becoming a research hotspot for new fire-resistant materials in recent years.The experiment used 107 silicone rubber as the base rubber,ethyl orthosilicate as the crosslinking agent,dibutyltin disilicate as the catalyst,and wollastonite and mica as fller variables to prepare ceramicized room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.The effect of the dosage of wollastonite and mica on the mechanical properties of the prepared room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber was investigated.The results showed that adding 40 parts of mica or 100 parts of wollastonite to 107 silicone rubber resulted in the best comprehensive performance of the silicone rubber,with tensile strengths of 2.87 MPa and 2.05 MPa,respectively.After ablation at 1 o00℃,aceramic layer could beformed on thesurface.
