摘  要:介绍了玻璃纤维复合材料中浸润剂的选择,根据纤维-树脂界面化学相容性筛选合适的浸润剂,通过进一步考虑加工工艺条件设计了多功能浸润剂。介绍了环境友好型生物基浸润剂的开发与应用,并探讨了智能响应型浸润剂在特种复合材料中的选用。针对浸润剂的效果进行评价,介绍了微观界面结构表征和浸润剂的作用机理,以及浸润剂对复合材料力学性能和长期耐久性的影响,并阐述了基于多尺度模拟的浸润剂效果预测方法,旨在为玻璃纤维复合材料的性能优化和应用提供理论支持。The selection of infiltrant in glass fiber composite materials is introduced,suitable infiltrant is selected based on the chemical compatibility of the fiber resin interface,and the multifunctional infiltrant is designed by further considering processing conditions.The development and application of environmentally friendly bio based infiltrant are introduced,and the selection of intelligent responsive infiltrant in special composite materials is explored.The effectiveness of the infiltrant is evaluated,and the characterization of the micro interface structure and the mechanism of action of the infiltrant are introduced.The influence of the infiltrant on the mechanical properties and long-term durability of composite materials is also discussed.The prediction method of the infiltrant effect based on multi-scale simulation is also explored,aiming to provide theoretical support for the performance optimization and application of glass fiber composite materials.
