综合营养护理联合肠内营养支持在外科重症监护室患儿中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的目的探讨儿神经外科重症患儿临床治疗时采取综合营养护理联合肠内营养支持的效果。方法方法选取2023年8月至2024年8月我院儿神经外科收治的50例重症患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为各25例的观察组与对照组。其中,对照组采取常规护理联合肠内营养支持,观察组采取综合营养护理联合肠内营养支持,对比两组患儿各项指标恢复情况。结果结果观察组患儿营养学指标、并发症发生率及护理满意度均优于对照组,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结论综合营养护理联合肠内营养支持能促进行儿神经外科重症患儿术后康复,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广、应用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nutritional nursing combined with enteral nutrition support in the clinical treatment of critically ill pediatric neurosurgical patients.Method Fifty critically ill pediatric patients admitted to our pediatric neurosurgery department from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group of 25 cases each according to the random number method.Among them,the control group received routine nursing combined with enteral nutrition support,while the observation group received comprehensive nutritional nursing combined with enteral nutrition support.The recovery of various indicators in the two groups of children was compared.Result The nutritional indicators,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference in data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nutritional nursing combined with enteral nutrition support can promote postoperative recovery and improve nursing satisfaction in critically ill pediatric neurosurgical patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
