降逆和胃方治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病的临床观察及胃泌素-17的影响

摘　　要：目的目的观察降逆和胃方治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效及胃泌素-17水平的影响。方法方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月期间,在我院接受诊疗的60例罹患GERD的患者,依随机数字表法将其划分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。对照组施以奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊及枸橼酸莫沙必利片予以治疗,而治疗组则在对照组治疗的基础之上,给予降逆和胃方剂展开治疗。结果结果对两组的临床治疗成效、内镜表现、胃泌素-17评分都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论降逆和胃方治疗肝胃郁热型GERD疗效确切,能有效改善患者临床症状,修复食管黏膜损伤,且可通过升高胃泌素-17水平发挥治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect and the influence of gastrin-17 level of Jiangyi Hewei prescription in the treatment of liver-stomach stagnation type gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Method A total of 60 patients with GERD treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and Mosapride citrate tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Jiangyi and Wei prescription on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Result The clini⁃cal efficacy,endoscopic findings and gastrin-17 score of the two groups were all due to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangyi Hewei Formula is effective in the treatment of liver-stomach depression heat type GERD,which can effectively improve the clinical symp⁃toms of patients,repair esophageal mucosal injury,and play a therapeutic role by increasing the level of gastrin-17.
