Objective To explore the effect of umbilical acupuncture combined with thunder fire roasting on promoting clinical symptoms and immune function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method During the period from January 2020 to March 2024,92 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)treated in our hospital were randomly assigned to two treatment groups. The control group received standard treatment, while the observation group received umbilical needles and lightning fire in addition to standard treatment.Result In terms of comparison of treatment effectiveness, the observation group had a rate of 95.65%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 76.09%(P<0.05);The observation group showed shorter morning stiffness time, fewer joint tenderness and swelling, and lower DAS28 scores after treatment(P<0.05);In terms of inflammation and immune indicators, the observation group showed lower levels after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical acupuncture combined with thunder fire roasting has significant therapeutic effects on RA,regulating immunity, reducing inflammatory reactions, and promoting symptom relief.
